My three bedroom flat is rented in joint names to three people. The tenancy agreement is short hold . I received request from the lead tenant to provide a letter of no objection in order to enable his fianc%C3%A9e to apply for visa. Her fianc%C3%A9e comes from Europe, and has to disclose her residence address in visa application. As and when his fianc%C3%A9e is successful in getting permission to come over he intends to move out to an accommodation suitable for them as a couple.
I want to be helpful to my tenant who along with his flat mates have one of the best tenants l had . If I issue a no objection letter , will I be breaking any rules and regulations. His flat mates have no objection .
Please advise.
Regards
Chand.
