'Defence for Disrepair of a S21'
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

At a forthcoming hearing (19.4), for a PO, after serving a S21 , how concerned should a LL be by a Defence been put in for a 'Defence for Disrepair' ..... ? I understand for a Defence to be be held up would need to have been reported to the local council ? If this was the case would the council have needed to correspond with the LL / lettings agent on this topic ?
