just a heads- up re the above which apply from 19/7/21. Formerly SL has been the case in Many POST CODE areas of Salford. More than 27,000 houses are privately rented. 90 per cent of recent inspections revealed that many fell below the required standard. The report explains more.
  1. LL's were issued with civil penalty notices. Hundreds of LL's took action to improve the shortcomings uncovered.

From 19/7/21 Licencing applies CITY-WIDE.
