Good evening

Hope everyone is well. I need some advice pls, we bought a leasehold property in 2006 for us to live and then rented it out since 2010. It is currently on the market. We refurbished in 2006 with no plans to rent it out and obviously kept no records. I recall we paid £22k for windows plus £7k for the kitchen plus £5k for the bathroom etc but no invoices were retained. How would we now prove what we spent and also what we paid to solicitors and stamp duty. Tried to call to a bank I thought we used to make payments however they said we had an account with them since 2009. Can't find any records in my email unfortunately.

Any suggestions how to do my CGT calculations if there is no proof of payment? Many thanks in advance for any tips:)
