My Tenant who is also a Landlord has been notified by his tenant that she is moving out of his property, so now my tenant wants to move out of mine (understandable) but he has signed a year Tenancy Agreement with me which ends in October 2021.
Should I expect him to pay the full rent until his Tenancy Agreement ends even if he's not living in my rental property?
What would you do?
