I am signing a tenant up to a contract this week under my personal name, for my residential property. It will be for 12 months. I am in the process of moving the property under a limited company for the tax benefits, but this will take many weeks. What i would like to do is, once this transfer is complete, re-issue the tenancy agreement contract (for the remaining period of the 12 months) but the agreement will be with the limited company (with myself as the director). Nothing else in the contract will change. Does this sound reasonable?
