In the AST group sharers I wrote:
In clause 5.1 It states:
The deposit will be held by The Deposit Protection Service (DPS), is this correct?
In 5.2 the deposit will be protected in the government approved tenancy deposit scheme namely:
Deposit Custodial Protection Scheme.
Is this correct, if not, as I believe it should be my name should I correct this by avising the tenants?
As they have received their deposit certificate with all the details on it.
Could this be a problem at a later date?
