Sevenoaks School currently have a variety of properties which it lets to school employees. The rents are subsidised to assist new staff to relocate to the area. With reference to the amount of deposit required, should we ask for equivalent of 5 weeks' of the subsidised rent or 5 weeks' of a professionally assessed reasonable rent (PARR)?
