Ending a shorhold tenancy

I have a group of tenants on an assured shorthold tenancy which was issued on 27th November 2020 by a letting agent for a 12 month period. I am unhappy with both the agents and tenants so do not wish to renew the tenancy when it comes to an end on November 26th this year. Is there any action I need to take now or should I just wait until the agents notify me two months beforehand and just decline to renew the contract?
