HMO Tennant using house as a shed

How much notice do I have to give to Tennant to have them remove their personal belongings from communal areas in a HMO single room left. I have a tenant who has started using the kitchen and front room as storage kind regards. PS advice would be also appreciated on how to deal with this issue
