Tenant wanting to change position of wall mounted TV

Tenants have just moved in to one of our furnished properties and would like the position of the wall mounted TV changed. As this is more of an aesthetic request, can we charge them for the works? Or do we let the tenant arrange for a professional to do the works for them.
