I am selling "rental property A" and my tenant has agreed to move into my "rental property b". I am discounting the rent by £50 per month on "rental property b" but I only want to do this for 6 months. How do I do it on the tenancy agreement? Should I state the actual rent on the agreement and then add an addendum which specifies the discount? Thanks for any help
