Has the NRLA an arrangement to enable members to become Licensed Access to instruct a barrister?
(The Bar Council arranges with certain professional bodies and trade organisations to license member to instruct a barrister directly with no need for a solicitor, if they are likely to have familiarity with the law relating to their particular area of business. This means the NRLA could, and maybe has, facilitate members in this way by organising this with the BAR Council.)
