Since only being allowed to take one weeks holding deposit I have had 7 Prospective tenants pull out of taking the flat. They lose their Deposit of course but It costs me more than one weeks money.

I lose about 3 or 4 weeks rent and to add insult to injury I have to pay the council Tax.

So I have started to sign them up on the AST within 7 days. But this has caused me a bit of concern because if the Tenant that is in the flat does not move out I'm in big trouble.

I would like your opinion on this matter.
