Short and long of it all the tenant says she has secured another property after a year of arrears (currently awaiting court outcome). The new company she id dealing with have offered her a property although when the property team asked point blank whether she had arrears, the tenant wanted me to lie, i wouldnt so she got very angry then asked for a copy of her section 13, whereupon she then sent an email to say she would be moving after all. She now wants her tenancy deposit certificate which had 3 tenants originally. Her daughter left and she claims that the deposit should have been in the two names now legally. I have actually looked at the deposit certificate and there is only one name (the person who i originally dealt with). I'm now worried that she may be trying to get one over us
