New eviction notice for arrears

I have a tenant on an AST who was 6 months in arrears up until March. He paid a months rent April, 30% in May and now nothing. I am confused as to the notice period under the new current rules from 1st June. He has his own building business is extremely busy and earning which makes it more frustrating!
