Agent mandating Deposit Protection scheme: My agent has changed their Tc&Cs and is now requiring me to change from my preferred deposit protection scheme (MyDeposits) to their preferred scheme with the Agent holding the deposit. Anyone know if this acceptable and do I still have the option/prerogative to take out my own preferred scheme? Thanks in advance.
