If tenants have left and still owe rent, do I continue with PCOL?
Rent Arrears

My tenants were in arrears to the extent of approx 15 month's rent. The relationship had broken down and they wouldn't communicate or leave.

I started a PCOL and the court due date is 8th July. That process took months. Just over a week ago the tenants left. They have made no undertaking to pay their arrears. No forwarding details.

>> Is the PCOL process still relevant or do I need to stop it?

>> If I need to stop the PCOL, then what action do I take to recover the funds?

Many thanks
