I am about to sign a couple of tenants who passed their referencing report with a score of 300 (medium risk). I met them and they seem nice however given their age and medium risk status I would like to take out a Landlord insurance(to cover for loss of rent mainly). Does anyone have any experience with any insurer in particular? Any recommendations?
