Can someone clarify if Westminster new "additional licensing applications" have to be completed and confirmed by 30th August 2021 or just paid for and applied for by this date? Also is there a timeline (and what is this?) given by Westminster for Landlords to address anything they may feel is not within the guidelines and what is this? In other parts of the country I believe it is 3 months. Thank you in advance.
