Guarantor has died

Hi all,
Our tenants, a very nice foreign couple who have rented our flat for 2 years now, advise us that their guarantor has passed away. They are asking if we should update the AST in any way. Is this necessary? We, the landlords, are very happy with these tenants. Can you advise us if we should do anything, please?
