Hi we want to proceed with a lovely family from Hongkong. They are on their 5 year BNO route to UK citizenship. They are new immigrants so no work, no credit history and no guarantor. We met them and they showed us they have loads in savings and agreed to take a 12 months rent upfront payment. How should we change the NRLA AST to reflect this rent arrangement? Thank you.
