Hi we have a thatched listed property we rent.

Whilst LL cover is ok we cant seem to get affordable flood cover. We are in an area of high risk of flash flood but to our knowledge the house has never flooded in at least 60 years. Can you help direct us to a specialist broker or does anyone have any recommendations on insurers. Government schemes such as Flood re: are only for owner occupiers.

Any help / experience appreciated.
