Hello, one of our HMO tenants has advised us that he has tested positive for COVID. I can't find guidance anywhere on gov.uk other than from individual councils in other areas regarding other tenants and self-isolation. Only guidance for same household - which I don't think this is as he lives on a separate floor to others and currently is the only other person on this floor. He does however usually need to access communal areas to enter the building and reach his floor. I've asked him to stay on his floor for his isolation period which he has agreed to. I'm in the process of emailing the other tenants but not sure if I should refer them to the Gove guidance link for household?
