Hello all

There are 3 people on the tenancy, a father and his 2 children, young adults both of whom were over 18 at the start of the tenancy 2 years ago, so were included in the AST. Now one of the children has moved out, to live in another part of the country. He left a couple of weeks ago, and I was only informed afterwards. What is the simplest way to deal with this: Can the existing AST be modified to remove him, or does it need to be ended and a new one issued? The father paid the whole of the deposit, so there is no deposit to return.

These are great tenants and we have a very good relationship, and I'd like to deal with this in the simplest way possible.

Thank you for your advice.
