I currently let an approved HMO to students. To date each year I have agreed a new AST with the tenants. My current tenants are now starting their second year and are on longer than three year courses. I am considering offering them a fixed agreement of longer than one year. AS this would be a totally new area for me what advice could anyone give as to the positive and negative aspects of such an action please?
