I have had a couple of prospective tenants quote this organisation to provide a Guarantor for them as they do not have a UK based person to be a Guarantor for their rent. Do you have any experience of dealing with them? Are they a trustworthy organisation? Especially in the event of non payment of rent by the tenants?
