Hi my tenant indicated in writing that he wished to renew the tenancy when contacted 2 months before it’s end. However 4 days before the renewal , he stated he was leaving on the expiry of his current agreement, giving no adequate notice to reset . The new agreement had not been signed. Where do I stand?
