I am about to undertake a major refurbishment of a number of my units - and it makes sense for me to improve the wall insulation in order to be able to achieve an EPC C rating for these units (I have had professional input to determine what sort of insulation and improvements are required to obtain an EPC C). Is the NRLA aware of any writing down allowances available to landlords such improvements?
