DPS custodial deposit protected October 2016,within 30 days. A signed copy (signed by landlord and tenant) of PI document was delivered by hand through letterbox within 30 days the PI included terms and conditions as part of the document. Landlord received email from DPS with the certificate but looks to be landlord certificate as it has the landlords repayment ID on it. DPS have confirmed that the tenant is also sent an email when deposit received and they can then go into the account and view certificate Landlord has not issued certificate to tenant as thought the email they received with certificate was just for landlord because it had landlords repayment ID on it. The repayment ID is to be kept confidential, it actually states this on the DPS Email to landlord. Will this be an issue when applying to the court for PO?
