I'm just wondering whether you all make regular rent increases? We have been landlords now for 10 years. Obviously when advertising for a new tenant then we increase the rent, but for those tenants who have been in the same property for 5, 6, 7 years now we haven't done so. What do you all do? Am I being a mug, or being greedy?? Thanks in advance.
