I am landlord of a Victorian 3 bedroom flat in London SW8, I'm in my eighties and live in Wiltshire. Until recently, for many years I had an informal maintenance team but for various reasons they are no longer reliable...mainly because I only own one property and I don't think think I provide enough work!

Can you please recommend a 'one stop' handyman type service for the various trades that are required for general day to day maintenance?
