Hi I got his from my tenant yesterday

"Hi Colin. Can you send me new tenancy agreement with new date please for council tax please"

I told her that her existing tenancy agreement is now a periodic one and is still valid so she could still use that one to give them am I correct and can they refuse to accept it even thogh its legal ?

I live abroad and the faff on of printing it out and sending it would take time and if its still valid then i could avoid it.

Thanks Colin
