I am using an estate agent to find a tenant only due to distance of property and time constraints. I will be managing it myself. A person has applied who wants a 12 month tenancy with payment upfront. She is going through a divorce, has a part time job snd wants somewhere while she gets herself sorted out. Are there any questions. Should be asking? How does this work at the end of of tenancy if she isn’t on a rolling AST?
