My tenants have been in for 3 months of a 6 month tenancy. They have advised me they want to move out in a couple of weeks. Can I hold them responsible for the utilities and council tax charges for the remainder of their tenancy or will I have to take over payment as the owner?
I have decided I'm going to sell the property so it will remain empty.....
