With heating costs continuing rise are there any landlords who have fitted some the newer thermostats to control heating costs? Often I find that the tenants have the boiler on constant and the thermostat up to max. Are there any drawbacks or problems that landlords have encountered with any of the thermostats - thinking of Time-o-Stat, Landlord Smart Thermostat or similar.
