Where do I find the latest notice ? I went on the.gov site but the form 6a still says 4 months notice. I was under the impression from 1st October 2021 there is a 2 months notice. I want to prepare the notice now to serve on 1st October 2021 (2 months notice)
2nd Question. The AST was for 1 year from 17th July 2020. It is now on periodic. Can I give a notice for 2 months from 1st October 2021 or do I have to wait till 17th of the month as that's when the rent is paid?
