Hi
I am looking at selling my rental property to my Son at the Market price today.
As he is unable to get a mortgage at present i was looking at the possibility of him paying towards the house for 5 years and then after 5 years selling the house at the market rate set 5 years earlier.
My question is would I still be liable for any capital gains in 5 years time, or is it possible to draw up a contract.
Thanks
