Looking for a Anti Social Behaviour Action Plan

Under the conditions for the selective licence in my area, it states “provide a written action plan to the council outlining procedures for dealing with anti-social behaviour”.

I’ve looked all over the internet and I can’t find a free anti-social behaviour action plan anywhere. The closet thing I’ve found is this but this is geared towards council housing tenants, not properties with LLs. https://moderngov.harrow.gov.uk/documents/s19257/Anti%20Social%20Behavior%20Appendix.pdf

Does anyone here know where I can find a free one from? Or could someone be kind enough to share one they have already made?
I know I could spend hours try to create one from scratch but I’ve already got loads to do creating this tenancy. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks
