The rent guarantee policy that you offer only allows benefit payment of upto end of the policy term.
I am somewhat disappointed that you have teamed up with a partner who dies not offer attractive terms, however I must concede that the policy premium is very quite attractive.
Is there any chance that you could team up with a provider offering min 12 months payment or until vacant possession.
