For the first time I am finding my own tenant. There's someone who would seem a good fit for the tenancy, apart form the fact that she works for a national company that is known to be making heavy financial losses in the hospitality sector at present. Is it reasonable to turn someone down on the basis that there's a chance of them becoming redundant?
