Hi, just wondering how others act once there is evidence there is a rat run in the garden to the house. These are not the most cleanest of tenants but I would normally pay for a council visit initially, but following advice from the council if it is lifestyle I would expect them to put in place new lifestyle actions to continue with the advice.
