It is great that the association is campaigning on this - surely there has never been a time when it is more important to encourage improvements to the energy efficiency of properties?
Like many landlords I am in this for the long haul - saying that a major cost such as exterior wall insulation would be off-settable against capital gains is of very limited advantage. I encourage all members to promote this idea whenever they can.
