Whilst I appreciate it may be a core competency of the NRLA, I wonder if anyone could assist with an alert I have had from the online HM Land Registry Property Alert notification service as I suspect it can be a common event for most landlords of properties.

We have a rental flat in a block of flats, the leases are registered to a LTD company consisting of the owners/landlords. I have setup a property alert on it to monitor any changes of record.
I have had an email with the body of:

Property Alert reference: xxx

There has been activity on the following property for which you have requested a Property Alert notification.

Property address: xxxx
Title number: xxx
The activity details are:-
Search lodged by JCP SOLICITORS LIMITED
On: 11.Oct.2021 At: 14:29:50
Customer reference: xx
HM Land Registry reference: xx
To protect a pending: Lease
In favour of: xx private name xx

The “To protect a pending: Lease” reason appears to be on the main (head?) lease registered company, and does not mention our property at all. Need I be worried?

Thanks
