Is there a special clause we can add to a tenancy agreement that gives a landlord who used to live in that property extra powers of eviction should they want that property back in the future?
I am looking into giving a tenant of 8 years a new AST. Thus far they have had 2 ordinary ASTs. I used to live in this property with my own family and I expect I will want to sell it within 3 years. I am unlikely to move back in but have a faint memory that this might give the landlord additional grounds for eviction...
