Does Permitted Occupier include part-time residents?

My new tenant is divorcing from his wife and would like his 10-year old daughter to stay every other weekend plus occasional extra nights.

I have no problem with this arrangement as the property has 2 bedrooms.

Would this be classed as a permitted occupier or does that term just apply to people living there full time?
