We have let a two bedroom flat to two female tenants who initially came to us as friends. One of these tenants has since moved her boyfriend in, and he is also now allowing his friends to use and abuse the accommodation. The other female tenant is now in fear and experiencing so much stress that she will no longer sleep there, causing her significance personal angst and upset. The offending tenant denies allowing her boyfriend and his friends to stay at the premise and abuse the accommodation. (Damage to property, significant food and rubbish mess and obvious drug use). As landlords, what can we do to remedy this situation?
