Misbehaving lodger

What can I do when my lodger is purposely overusing the utilities (electricity and water), leaves dirty dishes around the kitchen for days, plays loud music, lets their partner come in as they like and swears at me so I can hear it? They are behind with rent by one week now. Also am I allowed to enter their bedroom without their consent? I would like to do viewing but Im not sure what I can and cannot do ?
