I have served my tenants with a Section 21 Notice 3 weeks ago.

Today I received a letter from the Council that they have been contacted by my tenants and the house has a number of disrepair issues which require my attention.

One of the tenants mentioned in a text some plaster crumbling from the downstairs hallway and I had a Surveyor done of the house (28/10/2021) and was told by the Surveyor the house is full of condensation and not to re-plaster the small whole until the house is completely dry from condensation.

What are my Options Now???

Is my Section 21 Notice still Valid??? OR NOT???

IS it up to me to reduce the condensation in the house even though it's due to the tenant's lifestyle as they have the air vents closed, switched off the extractor fans, dry wet closes on the radiators which are now covered in rust.

The humditity readings in the house I took were 70+ for humidity. (Tenants signed Form which also states the Extractor Fan is switched off in the Bathroom)
The reading the Surveyor took were 60+ for humidity.
(THe Surveyor also switched the Extractor Fan on in the Bathroom).

DO I need to give the Council the Surveyor's Report?????

Would you mind giving me your advice/views/opinions please.
