Hello fellow members😊. I have had a remote viewing on my property with a couple in Russia. Mr has found a job in the uk near my property with a well known company and is exceeding affordability. They are arriving at the end of December and wish to proceed! Should I ask the company to be guarantors for them or do I ask the company to do a company let lease, however they are paying the rent direct themselves! Or do I take 6 months in advance then I can credit check them after 6 months to renew there contract? Your answers would highly appreciated
